PlowzBox · Early access

Early access, in plain English.

PlowzBox is a working product in its first installs. Early access means you get the box and real help from the people who built it, and we get a partner who runs it for real and tells us the truth. Here's exactly what that involves.

What you won't find here: a countdown timer, “only 3 spots left,” or a price that expires Friday. If there's a wait, we'll tell you plainly.

Early access is small on purpose: real yards, real phones, honest feedback.

The stage we're at

Honest answer: it works, and it's early.

Both halves of that sentence matter, so here's each one spelled out.

Working product

The core loop is real

Answering texts and email, texting back missed calls, booking into a real calendar, drafting quotes and invoices, and the one-tap approval queue. That's running software you can watch work at a demo, on the box, in front of you.

First installs

A small first group

We're putting boxes into our first landscaping businesses now. We won't quote a customer count, because at this stage any impressive-sounding number would be marketing, not fact.

Shaped with partners

You'd be building it with us

Early partners hit the rough edges first and shape what gets fixed and built next. If you want software that's finished and boring, wait for the general release. If you want a say, this is the moment you get one.

What you get

What an early-access partner actually gets.

The hardware

The appliance itself

Your own PlowzBox, installed at your shop or home office. You own it, your data lives on it encrypted, and the AI runs on it locally.

Setup

Setup, done with you

We walk through the install together: connecting your business number, loading your price book and calendar, and tuning what the assistant is allowed to send on its own.

Support

A direct line to the team

No ticket queue, no chatbot support maze. Early partners talk directly to the people building the product, and problems get heard by someone who can actually fix them.

Roadmap

Real influence on what's next

What early partners hit in the field sets the build order. The feature that annoys you weekly outranks the one that demos nicely.

What we ask

Our side of the deal is real help. Yours is real usage.

Early access only works if the box is running a real business, not sitting on a shelf. Here's what makes a good early partner:

  • Run it for real: your actual customers, your actual schedule, your actual phone number.
  • Tell us the truth, especially the unflattering parts. What broke, what confused you, what you stopped using.
  • A short, regular conversation with us about how it's going. Think minutes a week, not meetings.
  • Patience with rough edges, in exchange for a team that treats your problem as the day's work.

One thing we ask you to check before applying: PlowzBox connects through a Twilio-compatible business number for texts and calls. We'll confirm your setup works at the demo, before any money or hardware moves.

Honesty by design

Three things we won't do to get your signature.

The product refuses to invent prices or fake bookings. The company holds itself to the same standard.

Won't do 01

No fake scarcity

No countdown clocks, no invented waitlist positions, no “price goes up Monday.” We onboard at the pace we can support well, and we'll tell you honestly where you are in line.

Won't do 02

No pricing games

Pricing is set with early partners, based on real installs, and put in plain English before you pay for anything. What we can promise now: you own the box, and there are no per-seat monthly software fees.

Won't do 03

No lock-in

Your customers, jobs, and invoices export to plain CSV anytime. If PlowzBox isn't working for your business, you keep the hardware, take your data, and walk. No exit interview required.

And if we're not a fit, we'll say so. An early partner who regrets the box costs us more than an empty slot. If your operation needs things we can't do yet, we'll tell you at the demo, not after.

How to apply

Three steps, starting with one email.

  1. Email us

Send a few lines about your business: what you do, roughly how many crews, and what's driving you nuts about the front office. Use the button below, the subject line is pre-filled.

  2. See a live demo

We show you the box working: real texts answered, a missed call texted back, a quote drafted for your approval. We'll also talk honestly about where pricing is landing and whether your setup fits.

  3. First install

If it's a fit on both sides, we set up your box together: your number, your price book, your calendar, and your rules for what it can send on its own.

FAQ

Fair questions about early access.

Is it actually ready to run my business?

The core front office works today: answering texts and email, missed-call text-back, booking, quotes, invoices, and the approval queue, all of which you can watch working at a demo. What early access means is that you'll also hit rough edges a finished product wouldn't have, and we'll be fixing them with you. If that trade doesn't suit your operation right now, waiting for general release is a perfectly sensible answer.

What does it cost?

Pricing is set with early partners and isn't public yet. We won't put a number on this page until it's real, and we'll put the terms in plain English before you pay for anything. What we can say now: you own the box, and there are no per-seat monthly software fees. Request a demo and we'll talk real numbers for your operation.

What if it doesn't work for my business?

Then we part as friends. Your customers, jobs, and invoices export to plain CSV anytime, the hardware is yours, and there's no subscription holding you in place. We'd also rather catch a bad fit early: if the demo shows your operation needs things the box can't do yet, we'll say so before any money moves.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can plug in a router, you can host a PlowzBox, and during early access you don't even do that alone: we handle setup with you, including connecting your business number and loading your price book. The day-to-day is approving replies from your phone.

How many businesses are already on it?

A small first group, and we're deliberately not publishing a number, because at this stage any figure would be dressed up to sound bigger than it is. What we will do is show you the product working on real hardware and let you judge it on that.

Early access

One email. We'll take it from there.

Tell us about your business and what's eating your evenings. We'll answer with a demo, straight talk on pricing, and an honest read on whether we're a fit.

You own the box. Your data stays on it. Pricing announced at demo.
